Old 50 litre electric HWS has burst, flooding the small apartment. A new HWS is required, prefer somewhat larger size, say 80 litre; access is probably not an issue, although the unit may need to be positioned about 600mm from where it is now. 100 litres would be too big for the space. All other damage from the flooding has been cleaned up, and the water supply to the heater is turned off. Need it done urgently so the tenant can move back in.
