3. Supply and install 2 slimline poly rainwater tanks (1 @ approx 2500 ltr and 1 @ approx 3000 ltr in separate locations) including connections to downpipes and overflows.
4. Supply and install pump and connections to 2 toilet cisterns.
5. Enable transfer of water between tanks.
6. Advise if above requirements are reasonable.

Rang the same day as the initial request. Couldn't commit to an inspection time to suit both of us during that phone call, and I haven't heard from him since.

Had not bothered to make contact after 2 days. Eventually called 5 days later and arranged an inspection. Very professional and helpful. Obviously very busy, which is a good sign. Provided an extensive summary of my wish list with the final quote. Unfortunately the cost is much more than I expected, so am shelving the project at this time. However, would certainly recommend this contractor.
