Overall experience was good. Attendee was late arriving, but most apologetic. Work was done efficiently and with minimum disruption to household. Will happily use this business again. Unfortunately due to the nature of having hot water service break down, we didn\'t have the luxury to shop around. Hence, the overall cost seemed expensive, but may have been on a par with other businesses.
