Made arrangements with this plumber to do the job, he was meant to arrive at 7.30 am. At 8.40 am I contacted by phone to find out reason for delay, plumber told me he was stuck in traffic at Tullamarine, would be late by a further 1/2 hour. When he did not arrive at 10.00 am I attempted to contact plumber by phone with no answer, redirected to voice mail. I then sent a text message at 10.28 am and received a response "I'm in a meeting" at 11.16 am. No further contact received from this plumber. On my experience I would say this plumber is not reliable.
