Replace metal cap on top of flue and replace a length of damaged downpipe

John requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Rye

the metal flue from a wood burning heater has a cap on top (to prevent rain, etc). this was blown off during a storm and damaged. the flue is a galvanised iron pipe, about 200 to 250 mm in diameter. the cap has a similar diameter and is also made of galvanised iron. a new cap will be needed; maybe a new length of flue also. also, a galvanised iron downpipe (standard diameter) has been damaged and needs to be replaced. the house is single level. the flue and downpipe are both easy to access from the rear of the house. please see the attached photos.
