Nothing too complicated here hopefully. The mixer taps in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink respectively need replacing. I have acquired the new taps, but require the pros to replace the old.
Also both toilets are running, indicating a problem with the inner workings somewhere. So, they obviously need either repair of broken part or total replacement of the innards. Apparently the 'float' in the cistern can be different, both mine are the long plastic arm with the float at the end if that helps. I have not done anything about replacement parts here, because I have no idea what might be needed.
