I have a number of old aluminium downpipes around the house, all of which have elbow-joins at the bottom. These are extremely noisey in rain and wake the kids up.
Need to either (a) replace just the joins with new pvc curved pipes; or (b) replace the whole downpipe with something modern that doesn't make loud drips all night.
