The water coming out of my taps is rusty (particularly at first, it runs clean after a while) and tastes of iron. i have old pipes in my house, except in the walls which is copper. i also have some kind of slow leak... would like to see about fixing/replacing so that there are no leaks, and the water isn't rusty.
it's also always wet under the house, which i assume could well be related.
not: the budget i picked because i had to pick something, i really have no clue what this will cost...
