The existing D grade copper main keeps splitting. Run new water main from water meter to every point in the property and also to run a new garden tap at the front of the property (there is no tap at the front currently) and a garden tap at the rear. The water main to be run in plastic pipe to current Australian standards.
All rubbish to be removed from property.
