Our natural gas hot water unit is about to give up the ghost and needs replacing. We currently have a 12 year old, 140 litre storage hot water system. Ours is a two bedroom, one bathroom semi-detached unit with two occupants. To be replaced with a new, equivalently sized storage system or a continuous hot water system if suitable and within budget. Removal of old unit is also required.
