we have discovered leaking spout into eaves & broken downpipes after heavy rain. We have house roof and pergola roof going into the one gutter and it is too small, we need to replace.........
will also need a roof plumber in 2-3 mths to put a roof on a granny flat we are awainting plans for 11mtrs x 3.6.
