old house under renovation, work includes:
laundry - replacement of existing toilet and sink and associated plumbing.
bathroom - replacement of shower and hand basin and associated plumbing. addition of a toilet to bathroom.
kitchen - replacement of sink and associated plumbing. addition of gas cook top (no existing gas line to kitchen).
also considering new hot water service and full water renewal, taking into account the necessity and cost of these items.
also note there is easy access/good clearance underneath house.
house is intended to be a rental property, and as such we are looking for a 'no frills' approach.
