I feel like this provider ripped me off as he charged me $70 to change a washer Provider Response:- Attended consumers premises within 1hour of listing being lodged. Advised consumer the best option would be to replace the tap set or alternatively the washer could be replaced but this would not be a long term fix to the problem. Due to cost the consumer opted for the cheaper option, she refused to pay the quoted amount but I replaced the washer in good faith, with out receiving any payment. This fee is within the industry standard and feel that this feedback is not warranted.
