Plumber required for few small jobs. Base of toilet leaking very slowly. Internal kitchen tap drips slowly. External water tap drips constantly. Toilet pipes make a low pitch vibrating noise after every flush. Shower hot water pipes make a high pitched squeal for the first few minutes if use. I know some of these may not be able to be fixed, but I would still like then looked at. Thanks Andrew
