We are a Retirement Village with lots of trees and Sewage pipe blockages. Would like quotes on preventative solutions as we have had several cases of raw sewage flooding in units. Also would like Quotes and availability on emergency call outs should the need arise ( looking for back up/ replacement of current plumber)

For the job originally listed, Charles was prompt in contacting me in the first instance and got quote back to me prompt. But after asking Charles to quote on other work to be done I have to say I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and time taken to get the necessary quotes to me. After contacting Charles I finally get the quote but when I asked Charles for an itemized quote I am still waiting to see the quote as requested. Over all I am, less than happy with the service and I am now questioning whether even to go ahead with Charles for the job originally quoted for.
