I have a rheem hot water system (125ltr weather line) and it is leaking. its in a tight spot so cant tell if leaking from the bottom but it is certainly leaking from the top. there is a round plastic cape in the centre on the top of hot water system. have checked the overflow valve and no leaks. what do you think
