Rinnai gas heater & chef gas oven not working - poss connection problem

Old rinnai gas heater is not working and chef (consul infra) gas oven & cooktop (also prob about 15 years old) is lighting but very low flame (can't even boil water). so there is some gas coming through but not the usual amount. not sure if problem is gas connection or coincidental problem with both appliances. hoping to get someone to fix it this friday afternoon or early next week.
