I'd like someone to inspect roof and balcony to detect leak(s) and repair if possible or make recommendation on a fix.
We have a tri-level home in Nth Fitzroy. Either the top balcony (ground level, top floor roughly 5m x 2.5m), door or window is leaking into the bedroom below (middle floor) or roof at the very top leaks and water makes it's way through wall to bedroom on middle floor. Top roof is flat Klip-lok metal accessable via top balcony with 3.5m ladder not that I ever go up there. There's a single box gutter (un-maintained) and downpipe and a solar panel tilt frame screwed in that would need inspection too. Roof area is about 5m x 10m and protected by other building on side with 3.5m drop on each end.
