We have a double story terrace home in Collingwood, in one place the gutter outlet is not connected to the down pipe. I need someone with a long ladder (gutter is 7.5m tall) to do a quick connection between the gutter outlet and the down pipe. One of those flexible gutter connectors should do the job. There is approx 70cm distance between the outlet and the down pipe. It only needs a quick repair, we are replacing the roof within the next 12 months. There is also a small hole in the gutter about 30cm from the outlet that could be patched as well. I can send pics to help explain if it helps.
