1. Cap hot cold coper pipes to washing machine
2. Move existing hot/cold pipes up 300mm for wahing machine.
3. Add to exposed 40mm copper drain u bend for washing machine outlet
4. change show fittings
5. replace built in show hob with new base, water proof membrane etc
Living room
cap off copper pipe to old gas heater location.
