septic tank outflow has been ruined by tree roots. We are preparing for sale and need it fixed asap; not sure what it needs; maybe new pipes. (Also, job posted for;Water tanks not catching as much water as normal. One drainpipe confirmed blocked. Possibly two more affected. (Also need internal taps (3) replaced - I had a go and they still leak)
