I am building an extension and need sewerage to be replaced and altered and also storm water to replaced and altered. Happy for a fixed quote or hourly/daily rates. Will also prefer a plumber who wants to do the rest of the extension i.e gas fitting, hot/cold water. Just waiting on the building permit to be finalised. Will need plumber in 2-4 weeks
