My toilet was initially blocked - I think just with toilet paper. I used a plunger and the visible toilet paper is now gone. However, when I flush the toilet, the water builds up to the top and then only slowly goes down. I seems as if there is a blockage deeper than I can see. I would like someone to come and fix it today (Thursday 18 Jan).
