We are owner building a small steel kit home, construction to begin this year.
We are asking if you would be able to supply us with a rough estimate for the plumbing work.We understand that this is not an official quote however it will give us a good idea of which companies we would prefer to use, as we are on a budget.
I can email a rough floorplan to give you an idea of what we need done.It will be on tank water only & septic system. The home will be raised on joists. We will not need a laundry as there is one in the main home on the block.
We will do earthworks for draining ourselves & be supplying all tapware ourselves however we do need the septic supplied. If there is anything else you would need to know, please contact us.
