Solar panel HWS frost valve replacement

Have a couple solar panels on roof as part of gas boosted solar hot water system (volume builder chromagen special with the SV 20 tank) and the frost valve constantly leaks water when well above 10 degrees. 2 Storey house with panels on colourbond roof. Valve is bottom right corner, not far above gutter, so should not require getting off ladder onto roof - quick job.
I lack a ladder tall enough to replace myself.
