We are currently in the process of designing a unit for the rear of our property. We have an easement running along the side of our property with a council storm water drain. Before we can build our garage over the easement, council have indicated it is likely that the entire drainage pipe in the easement will need to be upgraded. The pipe is 300mm and is 45m long. Would like an indication of cost to undertake the works. Would prefer someone with experience with this type of works.
