I need to get a quote for a new gas hot water system. the one that is on the property currently is very old and even though it is working may not have much life left. the owners are wanting to replace with either gas or electric if you can advise if this is possible and get quotes for an electric hot water system and a gas hot water system installed. the property is three bedroom and the owners don't want to get a unit that is going to be too expensive so if the quote can be for a unit just big enough to cover the house.
