Mixer tap is leaking (from base), and dripping water under the sink. I don't know if the tap or just the cartridge needs replacing, but there aren't additional taps under the sink so mains need turning off etc. I am the tenant, and will need to refer quote(s) to landlord for approval (no managing agent).
