We have a clipped lock roof - two storied double brick house. when it rains heavily in certain areas on the lower level the roof leaks. we can't determine the exact spot the leaks are coming from - it sometimes changes (although within same vicinity). modern roofing told us we have an issue with "flashing" and need to contact a "licensed roof plumber". we need to get it fixed before our ceiling rots (is timber).
