Our ensuite toilet is continually trickling water into the bowl and making a noise, even when the cistern is full. When we open it up and push the device that controls the amount of water in the system and then let it go, it will stop. However, upon the next flush, it will go back to the way it was.

*** AVOID *** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE *** Hired to come out and inspect a running toilet. 2 visits and $145.00 later, problem still wasn't fixed. No response to voicemail message left after the 2nd visit. Ended up getting another plumber out to inspect the problem, who advised that the issue is common to the brand of toilet we had, which was confirmed by the showroom we visited to buy a new system. 2nd plumber didn't even charge to stop by and tell us what was wrong! Would NEVER recommend or use again.
