1. toilet - when the toilet is flushed, the water keeps running, so we have to re-flush it several times/ hold the flush button down for several seconds. it would seem as though the spring in the flush button is not fully functioning.
2. kitchen sink - when water is running through the tap, water leaks out of it. one would assme that the seal within the tap neesd to be replaced
