Toilets and taps leaking, plumbing to fridge.

In order of priority.
2 x Porcher 2 piece toilets constantly running require maintenance. (a 3rd probably needs a check or preventative maintenance as well). Kohler tapware x 2 leaking requiring maintenance. There is also a third tap and all three also require plug to be connected properly if possible as original installer failed to do this.
We need somebody who is familiar with these toilets and tapware, not someone who is going to learn on the job.
Hot water tap for washing machine doesn't run, and cold doesn't close -possible blockage or faulty tapware.
Fischer and Paykel Dishdrawer - no water flow.
Zuccetti tapware (flickmixer) in kitchen leaking.
Loose tapware, (flickmixer) in Laundry requires adjusting.
We also have a new fridge that needs to be connected to water suply if possible and would like a quote for this seperately to above repairs and maintenance.
Also interested in diverting downwater pipe from roof to fill pool, quoted seperately to above.
