My house is located on a sloped land. The garage gets flooded after heavy rain.
In summary, I want to install a drainage pipe in the deep L shape trench in front of house and on west side of house, the trench is deep enough (could be around 1.5m deep in front of house) to divert the subsurface water away from the house and prevent water coming into house foundation and garage. I also want to replace the existing terracotta sewer pipe on west side with PVC one into the same trench. I want to move the existing storm water pipe from the middle of house wall down to the same trench on west side as well. Also Install the necessary pits or 45 degree Y shape pipe in order to check, maintain and clean the pipes from time to time.
After installation of pipes, I want to pave a concrete path on west side but this will be a separate work and not in the scope of this work.
