Daniel requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Oak Park
Hello,
I just purchased a house in Oak Park,
The side room (which is kind of two rooms laundry/butlers pantry) on the side of the house (near the front) has dropped by roughly 2 inches.
So I am having the concrete floor removed and relayed.
Once the floor has been removed, this is a perfect opportunity to re-plumb the rooms to turn them into a Laundry and Bathroom. I think this would mean we need to plumb in:
• A toilet
• Shower
• Basin
• Plus move the laundry plumbing across
Some key information:
• It is a 1960 double brick house
• The room in question is an extension
• The room already has hot and cold plumbing,
• The room will need to be either lifted, or the slab floor replaced.
• The room is elevated and currently sitting on rubble (the concreters will be removing the slab, which we would like to take advantage of)
Is this something that you would be interested in?
At the moment, I am seeking your advice and an estimate on cost to plumb the room ready for a bathroom to be added at a later point.
Can I please also ask for your availability to come out and provide a quote?
Kind Regards
Daniel
