My toilet is blocked. When flushed the water rises to the top of the toilet then drains after about 2 minutes.

I am not looking for all of the above but i do want it unblocked and jetting does sound good. length of sewerage pipe affected is about 4 metres. from previous problems a few years ago i was told it was tree roots and they are clay pipes
