Although I was not sure, what the actual problem with our plumbing was, he came to my home and conducted a thorough inspection and presented me with a few options on how to fix the problem from very inexpensive to expensive but he didn't not push me about choosing the expensive option. He was very friendly, helpful and gave great advice so I would use him again.
