Water from a spa bath on the second level of the house is leaking through the roof of the room underneath it. this has subsequently caused the wall heater to trip the safety switch whenever it is on. the bath itself doesn't appear to be leaking when filled to over the spa jets or when the plug is pulled. it only leaks when the pump is running.
