We have cracked tiles and grout in the shower wall and base. Thought this was an internal problem only and planned to re-tile. Just been notified by Body Corp, that now leaking into property directly below. Need extent of problem diagnosed and repaired urgently to prevent further damage to below property and our own. Property only 3 yrs old!
