we have a number of small things that need fixing:
1) mixer tap changing (got the new tap)
2) leaking shower
3) small leak in ceiling (might need silicon or something)
4) dryer leaking water (we move it and then it started leaking, might just need angling correctly)
5) courtin chord broken (just need a long ladder to get to the top and tie a knott)
