Need washing machine plumbed in - the hose won't bend so can't fit it to pipe (small space). Range hood extractor fan also doesn't work as well as bathroom extractor fan. Shower head needs fitting. Also have a bedroom window lock that doesn't work but happy to find a specialist for this
