Water main runs out the front of the property on the short side of the road. single metre to be installed within 2m of front boundary. Need to cut or dig under council footpath. Next stage, further work will also be required for plumbing services when construction commences. Also have a 4 lot subdivision underway that will require tapping connections soon.
