Water meter at front of property to be raised 60cm due to landscaping

I have built a 60cm high retaining wall at front of property which is going to be backfilled with soil / garden bed. because of this the water meter which is situated at front centre of property, approx 45cm behind the retaining wall will need to be raised approx 60cm to be above the new soil / ground level. i assume this will involve adding pipe new fittings etc to raise.

Recieved call within 40 minutes of placing request online, at which time 'Time' advised could come the next day at 10am to do the job. He advised me he had another job first and would call me if he was running late. At 10.45am next day I had heard nothing so I called him - with no apology for time or not calling, he simply said he was still getting parts for the job. He finally arrived at 11.25am to do the job. The job was carried out quickly and as to request and cleaned up after. Tim was pleasant and would consider using again. Arrival time was only issue.
