- PIC received from South East Water, meter paid for. Require plumber to be on site to expose mains, complete assembly of meter, and run water from meter to block. Tapping paid for, need to include in price cost of road opening permit from Knox City Council ($110.00). Water mains is on same side of street as development. Specifications from South East Water state meter is to be 1m from boundary, then water run in required of 27m. Currently, there is no development on the block.
