Re-grout ensuite bathroom in Bunnings canvas, so finish consistent Tiles provided/already available. Just bring the know-how, dryer, sealer, tile cutter and grout.

My tenants did not tell me that there were a couple of tiles loose in the shower - the water has seeped in and the wall (not a main wall, just a separating wall to hold shower) has now rotted and... Depending on costs I might also get you to change the doors in the shower to one that opens differently so if you can get materials and show me some options, that would be good too.
