Fridge motor sounds like it is running but is at room temp. Freezer is still cold, but does not seem like it is getting colder or staying at the same temp.

The fridge freezer is not working properly. There is sound when the fridge doors are closed and when the door opens the sound is not there. In the freezer it is not keeping the items frozen.
Coolroom is not keeping temperature. need someone to fix by tuesday.
