Westinghouse fridge model RJ300M was working well before being put into storage for 8 months. Since reinstallation it is not cooling sufficiently in the fridge section and the freezer is only freezing items on the bottom shelf, not the top shelf or door. The light is working etc and we have tried different powerpoints.
