Told us we would get a 10% discount for hiring on a Wednesday, which we did. Got a call at 3:30, to say they would be an hour late for a 4pm pickup. At 5pm, received a call to say that they would be 2 hours late. At 7pm, they still had not picked up the piano and were not answering the phone. The next day, called the office who arranged delivery for that day. Piano delivered, but the 2 delivery guys were not strong enough to lift the piano through the door. They had to call for backup, which arrived about an hour later (despite them saying 5 minutes more every 5 minutes). After all of this, they tried to charge us full price because the piano was not delivered on the Wednesday, and so did not qualify for the 10% discount. They were told where to go, and were paid the quoted amount (to their credit, they did not attempt to argue. After they had left, noticed some damage to the step, wood floor and one of the piano keys not working (which the seller assures us was before it was picked up.
