The job is to render the outside front of a double storey 70's style townhouse in Abbotsford VIC. It currently consists of freshly painted, deeply raked face bricks - we are looking for a smooth cement rendered finish. The front includes the house and some small courtyard walls and is not an overly large job.
The larger job is rendering or gyprock sheeting the internal walls that are similarly deeply raked, painted face brick.
