The rendering is bubbling and crumbling off the front pillar of our house, it has been repaired once before, but not done properly. The rendering needs to be scrapped off, then repainted. Areas of the garden bed walls in the backyard need fixing as well. The builder nor I the owner of the property know why the render keeps failing.
