Four walls need to be removed to open up the kitchen/lounge/dining room. Please note, council approval is pending and I have a structural engineers report. Associated with this will be installing exterior glass doors; floating flood boards in the new room; and installing a fake ceiling through out the entire apartment.
The new kitchen will a galley kitchen approximately 5mts long. A fake wall will need to be erected at one end of the kitchen with a sliding door.
The bathroom update will include removing the bath; re-waterproofing and installing a shower with glass screen; installing a new vanity; and extending the existing tiles to the ceiling. Some accessories will also be installed such a heat light and a towel warmer.
Last, the whole place needs to be painted.
